Laventini for Valentine's Day (or night)

Mike says he plans on selling a ton of these over the four day Valentine's weekend.
His key is the G'Vine Flouraison Gin from France. Its slightly lighter attack (lower abv than London Dry) and floral component are really perfect for this elegant drink, which comes across with a slight sweetness balanced by just a touch of tartness, almost like a daiquiri.
Mike's recipe:
2.25oz of G'Vine Gin
1oz lavender honey syrup (Mike makes his own)
1oz fresh lemon juice
All in shaker over ice, shake and strain into a chilled glass
3 edible orchid flowers for effect
