EU withdraws plans for rules on organic wine production

It is quite obvious that there is a huge marketing advantage to keeping regulations confusing as the average consumer has difficulty keeping straight what the term organic really means. Hope fully this will get a relook at some point in the near future, but for now we will just have to settle for "Wine made with Organically Grown Grapes" as the standard - unless you want Certified Sustainable, which ultimately will become the standard for many producers and consumers, alike.
