Sabering a Bottle of Bubbly on NBC 30

This past weekend I had the pleasure of appearing on NBC 30 out of Hartford, and speaking a bit on Champagne and sparkling wine.  As part of the interview they asked me if I would demonstrate how to properly open a bottle.  I asked if they wanted a sabering demo, and they agreed, so here it is.  Not difficult, just have to hit it hard and straight.



...and yes, I do know that it was not a bottle of champagne that I opened, it was the bottle of Prosecco, I just did not want to waste a good bottle of Champagne - it was almost New Years, after all...
