Somm Summ: New Belgium 2 Below

You can only find New Belgium west of the Mississippi, or at least that used to be the case. In any event it is not available in Ct unless you know someone traveling out west as I did/do. Brewed in Fort Collins, Co, this is one of the most consistently great American brewers.
This beer is hippy and bitter and just enough sweet malt to balance those fresh hops. As advised, serve cold and refreshing. Great with semi-soft cheeses.
