Neil Ellis has been making wines in SA for nearly 30 years, and the Sincerely range, which pays homage to the traditions of Sancerre, is a non-estate wine that delivers. This 2008 vintage has loads of juicy fruit and that refreshing backbone of acidity that is so typical and great about Sauvignon. At about $10, this wine is perfect for the long summer ahead. Try with grilled shrimp or the raw-bar.
