- Pale Straw color
 - pervasive nose of peach and nectarine jumpin' from the glass
 - Juicy, fresh and mineral flavors
 - Not rippin' high acid, but quite pleasant and quenching mouth structure
 - Tasty and cheap!
 
La Vieille Ferme Rouge Cotes du Ventoux, 2005
- Purply, garnet color
 - Sweet, juicy, meaty, herb scented
 - Blackberry and chalky flavors on the palate
 - Touch of grip on the finish
 
Porcupine Ridge Sauvignon Blanc SA, 2006
- Very pale in color
 - Quince, lemon and spice (incence?)
 - Mild acidity with chalky flavors and some intense SB flavors
 - Green apple and lemon-peel
 - Not as over the top as NZ-style
 - Easy drinking
 
Domaine Weinbach Riesling Schlossberg GC, 2005
- Pale gold
 - Smells like the woods on a winter day - fresh, minerals and a touch of pine (?)
 - Rich on the palate
 - Minerals, petrol and pear
 - A bit lighter than expected but nice fruit - very elegant
 - Lengthy - very good.
